Emma and Alex were our marshals and they were brilliant with the kids who I’d booked in for. Emma in particular took the time to make sure that a couple of the more nervous kids were able to get the most out of the day. The assistant manager was also great.

We had a great day celebrating my son’s birthday and all the kids enjoyed their day. The staff were all very professional and engaging with the kids. It was a super day out, thank you!

The facilities, games and marshalling were excellent. My group of birthday 10 and 11 years olds absolutely loved it and exclaimed it was the best birthday party ever. It was an excellent day, enjoyed by all.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Newcastle Paintball Centre. The staff and the marshals on duty were really friendly and helpful, especially Paul and Len. They really went out of they way to make sure that we are all okay and enjoying ourselves. Instructions were clear and they always ensured our safety without being overpowering, they were approachable and assisted us throughout the day and even helped us to arrange transport home. A big thank you to all of the staff once again! We look forward to our next booking!

We were all extremely impressed by how helpful all the marshals and managers were. They frequently checked in with us and made sure that we were all ok and offered to help. I would like to particularly praise Omar who led the group that our boys were in, he was really excellent. The whole day was well organised and he made it all very clear and exciting. I would also Like to thank George, who took the time to give my younger son a go on the firing range, he also took us on to the games to take photos and took the time to explain what was going on. All the staff definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. The main manager on the day also made a point of offering these opportunities to my younger son and was generally very helpful throughout the day. All the boys are very keen to come back, thank you for an amazing day.

It was another fantastic day at the Gerrards Cross centre. We have been there several times before and the centre is run incredibly well by Dave. The customer service is excellent. Dave and his team work extremely hard to provide a fantastic day. Without doubt this is the best organised event that I have ever done and having three children I have been to loads! Well done to Dave and the team, you are running an excellent centre!

It was an absolutely incredible experience. Devon is an incredible ambassador for you. What a natural with the children and he could not do enough to help one of our nervous players. The marshals were great with the children and very safety conscious. The Manager squeezed us an extra game in as we finished early. The whole experience was incredible, everyone was so helpful and I will propose this as a team building for my company. Huge thanks to a fabulous team and extra huge thanks to Devon, what a star!
